What's CUSU doing?
Each Team produces regular reports of what their progress on fulfilling policy and what their ongoing projects are.
All Active Policy as passed by Council gets tracked by the Coordinator t hrough the different Team meetings.
Also, the CUSU Executive produces termly reports and plans of what they've been up to.
Finally, the Heads of Teams have recently produced this summary as submitted to SACSM in February 2010.

About the CUSU Exec
The CUSU Executive is the body which carries out the mandates given to it by CUSU Council, e.g. providing information and running campaigns. As stated in the constitution, any student may attend any CUSU Executive meeting as an observer.
How the Teams work
The Executive is divided into groups, that focus on particular areas of CUSU Activity. These Teams meet regularly to work on ongoing projects, assign tasks to ensure policy mandates are completed and gather together all the members. Each Team meeting produces a short summary that gets fed back to the Coordinator to form the Coordination Meeting.
The Coordination Meeting is designed to help the organisation assign, manage, and track the progress of fulfilling mandates from CUSU Council. The meeting is attended by the Coordinator, the head of each Team, and the head of each Autonomous Campaign.

Once a term, the Exec present Reports and Plans to CUSU Council, showing what the Exec have been up to and what they plan to do.

"Full Executive"
Occasionally, CUSU gathers together as many of the Executive officers from throughout the organisation as possible. While there are few official functions assigned to the "Full Exec," it is a useful opportunity to keep the Union in touch with itself and to air any ideas about the performance of teams and other issues with CUSU practice. Before 2007/8 (the introduction of the Team structure), these meetings were much more frequent and influential.
