Open Meetings
Open Meetings are the once-termly meetings in which all students, not just your College representatives on CUSU Council, have a chance to vote on CUSU policy. Normally focusing on one major issue, they offer you a great opportunity to make your voice heard and ensure that your Council representatives stay in touch with their members.
Next Open Meeting
The next Open Meeting is scheduled for 6:45pm before the second CUSU Council of Easter Term, on Monday 14th May 2012. The venue is the Elton-Bowring Room, Clare College (Memorial Court).
Information on how to submit items for the agenda will be posted here closer to the event, but if you have any questions in the meantime please contact the CUSU Chair.
Extraordinary Open Meetings may be called by petition of 350 students, describing the purpose and any motions of the meeting.
