Cambridge Asclepion: The alternative medical society

Asclepion aims to show the relevance of medicine and science within a variety of areas (history, philosophy, sociology and the arts) and to introduce different Western as well as Eastern traditions of healing.

It also organises workshops (e.g. aromatherapy and massage, reflexology), ethical debates, social events and lectures by experts in varying fields, from "Medicine & Murder: Euthanasia in Nazi Germany" to "The presentation of the doctor in novels through the ages" to reconnective healing in the USA.
