2007 Restructuring Plan

This archive page contains the CUSU Development and Planning Comittee's successful plans in 2007 to change the structure of the CUSU Executive to the Team-based structure which exists today.

This page is preserved for posterity. The DPC itself ceased to exist as a result of the changes, with the burden of the Union's structures and development handed to the Democracy and Development Team

The Proposals

The main elements of the proposals were to:

- restructure the CUSU Executive
- change how the CUSU Executive functions
- broaden faculty representation at CUSU Council
