CUSU Committees

Current structure

Following the restructuring of CUSU into Teams following the changes the Standing Orders in Easter 2007, the CUSU Committees (apart from Elections Committee) are now incorporated within the Team structure. You can find out more about the Teams and who are in them via the Exec List.

Elections Committee

The Elections Committee is made up of the Returning Officer, two members appointed by the CUSU Executive (elected internally) and two members elected by CUSU Council. You cannot be a member of the elections committee if you are planning to run in the elections.

The Committee organises the hustings, publicity and the ballot boxes for the elections. They also adjudicate on any complaints that are made.
