Schedule

Tuesday, 6th Oct:

8am: CUSU Executive arrives to finish infrastructure setup.

8.15am: External stallholders arrive to begin setup. Note to sponsors: if you arrive before this time, you may be refused entrance until 8.15.

9am: Society stallholders permitted entrance

9.59am: Stall setup should be complete.

10am DOORS OPEN to Students with Disabilities and Student Parents

11am DOORS OPEN to all students.

1830: DOORS CLOSE. Note: the queue may be cut off before this time.

1900: Venue empty

Wednesday, 7th Oct:

0900: Stallholders permitted entrance.

1000: DOORS OPEN to all students.

1500: DOORS CLOSE. Note: the queue may be cut off before this time.

1600: Venue empty.

Location

Kelsey Kerridge Sports Hall, Queen Anne Terrace, Cambridge CB1 1NA

Attendees should arrive on foot whenever possible. Parking is at the Queen Anne Car Park, adjacent to the sports hall. Note: this is not a delivery entrance, and you may not stop a vehicle outside the front entrance to the venue or car park. If you need to make a large delivery, please check back here for further instructions or e-mail the CUSU Coordinator.

The event also takes place concurrently on two adjacent greenspaces, Donkey's Common (outside Parkside Pools) and the portion of Parkar's piece closest to the venue. See Google Maps for an aerial image of the location.

Rules and Regulations

The Rules of the Fair were last updated on 15 Sepetember 2009. Read them.

All stallholders are reponsible for complying with these regulations and with the instructions of the fair stewards and security staff, who are there to ensure the safety of the event.

Colleges' Organised Attendance

In order to reduce the wait time for entrance to the fair, it is strongly advised that colleges organising trips to the Fair do so roughly in the following format:

Christ's - Emma: Arrive Tues between 11 and 1.

Fitz - Magdalene: Arrive Tues between 1.30 and 3.30.

Murray Edwards - Saint Catz: Arrive Weds between 10 and 12

Saint Edmund's - Wolfson: Arrive Weds between 12 and 1.30.

Businesses and advertisers

Enquiries from businesses looking for promotional opportunities at the fair should be directed to the CUSU Business Manager.

The fair is organised by the CUSU Coordinator, with assistance from the CUSU Executive, and Cambridge University Radio.
