CUSU Societies Fair 2007- Applying for a Stall
Societies should apply for stalls for the Societies' Fair 2007 via the CUSU Societies Directory. If you are a Society manager, please log in, go to 'Societies I manage' and submit your application! Beware that normally more societies apply than stalls are available, and stalls are allocated on a first come first served basis,s o apply early.
Costs
Stalls cost £25, and are available to any society which allows members from across the University, registered or otherwise. A standard stall is 1.2m (4ft) wide. There are also a limited number of large stalls (1.8m/6ft) available at an additional cost of £30. Note that there is no discount for single-day attendance. There will be a number of stalls with electricity available, at an additional cost of £25.
Payment (after you have submitted the application via the Directory) is by cheque(s), with separate cheques for each stall and any upgrade, with the Society's name/identifier on the back of each cheque, posted to:

When cheques are received, this will be updated on the individuals societies website. However cheques wont be cashed until after stalls are allocated in late August/ early September. Refunds are possible up to 10 days before the date of the Society Fair. Cheques for stalls or extras that societies apply for, that are not allocated, will be disposed of by CUSU, unless the Services Officer is notified otherwise.
Location in the hall
The category that your Society is listed under in the Directory will influence where your stall is placed; it is therefore important that you select the category carefully.

Societies at the Fair are required to abide by the Rules and Regulations, and must confirm this when applying.
Commercial stalls

Charity stalls
Each year, a small number of charity stalls are made available. Please contact the Services Officer about this. (Charities should not attempt to add themselves to the Societies' Directory.)
