Personal Histories Project

The Personal Histories Project is an on-going, educational, oral-history, team research initiative, spearheaded by undergraduate and postgraduate volunteers at the University of Cambridge, in which senior scientists are invited to share their memories, life stories and past experiences. Through their personal recollections, we better understand the development of twentieth-century science. Films are produced by a volunteer crew and distributed worldwide for free. Featured in the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011 films are, among others, Colin Renfrew, Mike Schiffer, Henrietta Moore, Jane Goodall, Chris Stringer, Meave Leakey and David Attenborough.
