Cambridge University Blind Wine Tasting Society [CUBWTS]

The Cambridge University Blind Wine Tasting Society (CUBWTS) aims to increase awareness and appreciation of wine by tasting blind (i.e. without prior knowledge of grape type, origin or grower). We provide guided instruction on wine tasting techniques and detailed information on regions and styles. CUBWTS also fields the Cambridge teams for the annual Oxford-Cambridge Varsity Blind Wine Tasting Match, sponsored by Pol Roger, and the "Vingt sur Vin" competition, organized by J.M. Cazes and the Commanderie du Bontemps of the M doc and Graves.
