Cambridge University Christian Graduate Society [CGS]

CGS aims to grow the Christian graduate community of Cambridge in faith and fellowship, and to reach out to fellow students with the good news about Jesus. Our core meeting 'CGS Connect' takes place every other Saturday morning and is a time for prayer, praise and fellowship over brunch. We welcome Christian grads of all denominations as well as students looking to find out more about Christianity. We also run four weekly Bible studies in various parts of Cambridge. Each term we hold special events at which a CGS member or an invited speaker gives a Christian perspective on topics relevant to graduates (both Christian and non-Christian alike), as well as the ever-popular International Food Evenings. At the start of each academic year we organise an International Student Welcome Programme, whereby CGS members meet and greet new students at Cambridge bus/train stations and bring them to their colleges.
