Art of the Possible - The Cambridge University Journal of Politics

Art of the Possible, the Cambridge University Journal of Politics, is created by and for all those fascinated by politics, international relations, political theory and the diverse interdisciplinary readings of these disciplines.

Art of the Possible is entirely student-run, but was launched in collaboration with the Department of Politics and International Studies and the Faculty of Politics, Psychology, Sociology and International Studies. It therefore aims to reinforce and channel the shared passion for politics of both students and Faculty members and to provide them with a forum for intelligent and lively discussions on topics of common interest. Additionally, the Journal of Politics wishes to offer its readers the broadest intellectual horizon possible by establishing relationships with other academic institutions all over the world which can offer an enlightening perspective on political affairs.

Art of the Possible welcomes submissions from students and academics, members and non-members of Cambridge University in the form of articles, interviews, reviews, essays and scholarly research on a rolling basis. While it wishes be an approachable platform providing traditional and non-conventional, accepted and controversial perspectives on all political matters, it is at the same time dedicated to upholding a high academic standard for all of its publications. Other than relevance to politics, this is the principal criterion that the Editorial Board and Board of Associate Editor pledge to apply when selecting the articles to be published in the Journal.
