Booking information
Booking restrictions
- Please note that the vehicles are generally in heavy demand. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
- Although CUSU endeavours to ensure availability of vehicles for your hire, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances including late return by previous hirers or mechanical breakdown.
- Societies may have a maximum of TWO Wednesday or weekend bookings on the books at any one time. This is to ensure fair distribution of bookings among sports clubs competing in national competitions.
- Societies may be placed on the waiting list, if required, to be given first priority in the event of a cancellation.
Key collection & deposit
- Keys must be collected from the CUSU offices Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm - keys will not be available outside of these times.
- Keys should be returned in an envelope with appropriate paperwork to CUSU offices as soon as possible.
- The driver's licence must be produced when collecting the keys (if it is someone other than the driver collecting keys they need to bring the driver's licence with them), together with a valid University Card. A deposit of £50 will be requested if you are not a University-registered society.
