Mature Students Shadowing Scheme

Are you 21+ and thinking about a university degree? The Cambridge University Students' Union gives you the chance to shadow a 'mature' (21+) undergraduate for a day to find out what life as a Cambridge student is like.

You'll go to lectures and supervisions, have a chance to chat informally with undergraduates, staff and admissions tutors, and see departments and Colleges in term-time use. Whether you're returning to education, looking to retrain or want to learn more about your subject, come to see what Cambridge can offer you.

The event will take place in early 2010 from approximately 9am to 5.30pm. Whilst we cannot guarantee accommodation, we will do our best to provide those travelling from outside Cambridge with rooms for overnight stay.

The aim of the event is to provide people considering applying for a full-time university degree the knowledge they need to be able to make an informed decision. By shadowing a 'mature' student, you will be able to find out more about the lifestyle, challenges and rewards of a full-time course at Cambridge.
